One Room Challenge - Vintage Rustic Entryway - week 2 & 3
Did you think I bailed on my ORC since I didn't post last week...?
I would never do that, but I am playing catch up this week!
We just got back from a week long vacation in North Idaho where my husband went hunting and I got to hang out with my mother-in-law. I had grand plans of heading into town every couple days to sip on coffee and blog, but instead we remodeled her kitchen...... in 6 days!! (next week I will have the complete details!)
Not a lot of blogging going to happen when your knee deep in paint, flooring and construction dust, especially when said mother in law lives in where a cell signal and internet are luxuries!
So where does that leave progress on the entry?
Right where I left it when I walked out the door last Wednesday...
Yay for white trim!
Lovely, right?
This weekend I hope to complete the other side of the hallway trim and get the walls painted.
My To Do List looks something like this:
Paint trim
- Paint doors
- Paint walls and ceiling
- Install entryway light fixture
- Install hallway light fixture
- Frame rodeo poster
- build bench
- build coat rack
- make arrow sign
- make pillows
OOOOO, also,...one thing that I am soooooooo super excited about is that I got to pick my paint color from Be Junk Chic! Can't wait to show you were its going!!
