Intro before introductions: As a stay-at-home mom who runs a small Etsy business on the side , as well as being an avid champion of the free enterprise system, I wanted to give back and help support small businesses by using my blog as a platform. The first Saturday of every month I will be featuring a small business that is either local or online. As a featured store, they will get one month of free advertising on my blog and exposure through my Social Media outlets.

"by design co. was born out of a passion for all things creative. a stay at home mama who married her high school love and bought four houses before finding “the one”. from salvaging tired old furniture to painting walls on a whim, hosting barn sales, a little self taught graphic design and sewing up throw pillows….we do a little bit of everything. first and foremost, we raise kiddos. four of them to be exact and i love to share little pieces of our crazy, busy, comical life. we love God, we love our “people” and try really really hard to live every day by design."
