Vintage Highchair Makeover

My gosh! This week has been crazy!! My husband is officially working his new job- 8 hrs away from home, our house is on the market and I'm trying to make the best of it all with two littles in tow. Thank goodness we have lots of help from family otherwise I don't think I could manage!  Despite all the chaos, I did find time for this fun little project!

I found this vintage highchair at Dufort Mall...the locals know this as the dump. I know what you're thinking...eeewwww...but give me a chance to explain. We have an area where people can drop off unwanted things that aren't quite dump worthy. Its totally hit or miss and this is my best find to date! I gave it a good scrubbing and a change of  fabric...
I chose marine vinyl from my stash- I paid $1.50 at a garage sale for a two yards of it! Its perfect for easy cleanup.
I love how the bright orange tray pops against the white!
The best part...collapsible!!
(ignore the unfinished back...I have to pick up my hot glue gun to finish it!)
Even looks cute without the tray!
Little Miss Elle LOVES it!
I think it will be a fun addition to our home OR a vintage trailer?

Don't forget to link up your yard sale/thrift finds( maybe we should add the dump?)with me and  Bright Green Door!!
